Terms & Conditions
This online shop is run by Little Town Superstore (a unit of ZaZer Ventures LLP), Shop 1, Devki Vihar Complex, Navodaya Vidyalaya Road, Dharmapur, Chhattisgarh 494001. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Your account
You can browse without an account. To place an order you sign in with your mobile number and your password. The first time, or if you forget your password, we send a one-time password (OTP) to your number and you make a new password. Anyone who knows your password or can read your OTP can order on your account, so keep both to yourself.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may decline or cancel an order, fully or in part, if an item has run out, a price or listing is wrong, or the address is outside our delivery area. Anything you already paid for a cancelled item is refunded as set out in our Refund & Cancellation policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Any delivery charge is shown in your basket before you place the order. You can pay cash on delivery, or by UPI where offered. Online payments are processed by our payment partner Cashfree; we never see your UPI PIN or card details.
Products
Product photos are for illustration. Always check the pack for ingredients, allergens, and best-before dates. We are an FSSAI licensed food business, licence number 10524001000016.
Fair use
Please do not place orders you do not intend to accept or misuse offers. We may suspend an account that does.
Your rights and the law
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
Complaints
Our grievance contact is +91 77009 97777. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month.
Privacy Policy
Little Town Superstore (a unit of ZaZer Ventures LLP) is responsible for the personal data you give this shop, and handles it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we keep
Your mobile number, your name, your delivery address and, if you choose to share it, your location pin. Your order history and payment records (method, amount, and status), and the choices you made about messages and offers.
Your photo
Only if you add one on your account page or agree to one at the counter. Our staff see it on our billing screens so they find your account quickly. It is never public, never sold and never shared. Remove it anytime on your account page and it is deleted straight away. The counter camera that can recognise regular customers is a separate choice you make at the counter: it keeps a coded, encrypted version of your face (numbers, not a picture), and switching it off on your account page deletes that too.
Why we keep it
To sign you in, deliver your orders and price delivery, contact you about an order, issue bills and keep the records tax law requires, and prevent fraud. We send you offers only if you agreed to them.
Who sees it
Our staff and delivery person see what they need to fulfil your order. Cashfree processes online payments, and a messaging provider delivers your OTPs and order messages. We share data with authorities only where the law requires. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as you shop with us, or until you ask us to delete it. Bills are kept for as long as tax law requires, with your name removed once your deletion request is completed.
Your rights
Sign in and open Your data to see and withdraw your consents (this takes effect straight away) or ask us to delete your data. To correct anything or ask any other question about your data, call or WhatsApp +91 78479 16890. Complaints go to our grievance contact, +91 77009 97777.
Children
This shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.
Refund & Cancellation
Returns
Fresh and perishable items and opened packs are not returnable. If anything arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, tell us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order at no cost until it is packed: call or WhatsApp +91 78479 16890. Once it is packed it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse it at the door and we treat it as a return.
How refunds are paid
If we cancel an item, cannot deliver it, or accept a return, you get your money back for it. Anything you paid from your wallet goes back to your wallet straight away. Anything you paid by UPI is refunded to the same UPI account within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery refunds are paid by UPI to your registered number, or to your wallet if you prefer.

Where we deliver
We deliver from this store using our own delivery staff; we do not use couriers or ship outside our local area.
What delivery costs
- Up to 2 km: free
- 2 to 5 km: ₹15
- 5 to 8 km: ₹25
Delivery is free on every order above ₹399. We do not deliver beyond 8 km from the store yet. Distance is measured from the store to your delivery address. Delivery charges include GST, and the exact charge for your address is shown before you place the order.
When it arrives
We deliver the same day, usually within an hour of accepting your order, during store hours. If we are running late or cannot reach you, we call you on the number you signed in with.
